Hi, I’m Vir — the scout behind Scouted by Vir.

I created this project with a simple purpose: to discover fresh, genuine talent and help them take their first confident step into the world of modelling.

 

 

How It Started

 

 

For a little bit more than a year, I’ve had a natural instinct for spotting people with presence — individuals who stand out not because they try, but because something about them feels unique, effortless, or emotionally striking. It began casually, noticing faces on social media or crossing paths with people who carried something special. Over time, this grew into a clear calling: to support new talent and guide them toward real opportunities in the industry.

 

 

What I Do

 

 

I scout emerging models through two main channels:

 

• Social media, where I connect with people whose energy, look, or personality feels aligned with modern fashion.
• Real-life encounters, often spontaneous, where authenticity is impossible to ignore.

 

 

Once I identify potential talent, my work is about creating trust. I help each person understand the industry, gather the essential materials (such as natural digitals), and prepare for conversations with reputable mother agencies. My approach is personal, transparent, and grounded in making sure every potential model feels supported and informed.

 

 

My Values

 

 

Authenticity. I look beyond conventional beauty standards. What interests me is individuality — presence, emotion, and the story someone carries.

 

Respect. Scouting is built on consent, clarity, and communication. Every step of the process is explained, and your comfort always comes first.

 

Guidance. The modelling world can feel confusing or intimidating at first. I aim to make it accessible by offering honest insights and a safe space to explore your potential.

 

Opportunity. My mission is to connect new faces with trustworthy mother agencies that can launch a career with care and professionalism.

 

 

Why I Do This

 

 

Because I believe the industry is evolving. Fashion is looking for real people — diverse, expressive, imperfect, unforgettable. Many of the best models never imagined themselves in front of a camera until someone saw something in them.

I want to be that “someone.”
